Returns Policy

We very much hope you’ll be happy with the clothing you purchase from us but if you’re not satisfied with the fit or you change your mind then if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your order we can offer a refund.

Here's what to do:

  • Telephone us on 01347 823329 or email us at [email protected] to cancel/return your order. If you prefer, you can write to us or download the Returns Form, fill it in and return it with your item to:

Please note that we must receive your telephone call, email or the cancellation form within 14 days after the day of your delivery. We recommend that you let us know by email or telephone as it is quicker.

  • Ensure the items are unworn and in their original packaging. We cannot give a refund if the item has been worn, is damaged or is not in the original packaging.
  • Return your items to the returns address on your invoice. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

You must return the items to us within 14 days of the date that you notified us that you intended to cancel the contract. Once we’ve received the items back we’ll refund you the amount due within 14 days of the date we receive the items.

Faulty/Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure that every item we deliver gets to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible. If you let us know within 30 days of delivery then we will be able to either refund, repair or exchange the item for you as soon as possible. To help us speed up this process, please try to describe the fault or damage as accurately as possible.

If the item becomes faulty more than 30 days after delivery then you can request either a repair or replacement. Please email us explaining what the fault is. There may be circumstances where it is impractical to repair the item and, if that’s the case, we’ll send you a replacement.

If you’re returning an item because it is faulty then we will be refund the cost of returning the item to us.
